Pedaling while promoting PTSD Awareness in our veteran and first responder communities
Through Awareness comes Curiosity, then a willingness to Explore and Discover. Our PTSD exploration has provided such discovery. Once we lifted the veil of isolation and denial, we embraced the opportunity to recognize the pit we were in. When opportunity jumped into the pit-of-despair we found hope to start the climb out and heal. Our journey UP is ongoing , but the light is bright, and if you’re willing to listen – so are we.
